Note: It is of vital importance to note that only distributors, as authorised by Tyco, are permitted to install and register this product.Where this is not the case, then your Guarantee may not be covered by the manufacturer.Distributors are not permitted by Tyco, to sub-contract the installation of ANSUL R-102 systems.
It is our strong advice that you press your Ansul installer that they produce the exact authorisation certificate, with the certification clearly stating that the name of the installing company matches that on the distributor authorisation certification.
This advice is given in order that you, the customer, are not being misled by companies posing as authorised distributors, when in fact, they are not.
